Twistshake is now looking for another service-oriented star for the Customer care team at the new office in Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with customer service towards end consumers. Working with a global audience is highly desirable, as Twistshake's products are available in many countries around the world.

As a Twistshake Customer care specialist, it is your job to help our customers with technical, administrative, and product-related issues. You will have many daily customer contacts via email as well as chat and social media. In every customer contact, you will aim to exceed the customer's expectations. In addition to helping customers with questions related to their product and service, it is also your task to help the customer to increase their confidence by suggesting more products that meet the customer's needs. In customer support, you have an overly broad role which we think you will enjoy.

Personal qualities and skills required

- 1+ years' work experience in customer service, preferably brands within Babies and kid's products.
- Experience with e-commerce tools such as Zendesk Email & Chat.
- Great native communication skills in German or Dutch or French and English, both verbally and in writing. Other language skills are meritorious.
- Experience to prioritize and multitask various tasks.

- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Native in the German or Dutch, French or Spanish language.
- A natural problem solver and can see problems with a comprehensive approach.
- Unafraid of new challenges and you develop by setting goals, both individually and in the team.
- Driven and structured & love to provide service.
- You enjoy working under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and (German, French, or Dutch) Other languages are an advantage.




Location: Stockholm Office, Sweden. Note that this is not a remote job.
