Customer Care Specialist, part-time assignment of 50% – Gothenburg

About the position
Perido is looking for a Customer Care Specialist for a position with one of our clients, a major company and a well-known name in the automotive industry. This position is located at the office in Gothenburg with a scope of 50%, working hours after 4 pm on weekdays and weekends.
Your daily tasks
The responsibility in this role is to consistently deliver an outstanding, personalized customer experience that meets the needs of current and future consumers. This is done by communicating with consumers based on their needs via chat, phone, email and social media to understand their request / question and find a viable solution with a high level of service. When working directly with customers, you are the face of the company, and you are an important link between the company, customers and suppliers on a global level.
Furthermore, the work will involve lead generation, delegation and follow-up of leads to ensure that they are used effectively. It's important to prioritize and escalate customers' feedback and feature requests to relevant internal teams. Your role also includes continuously and actively identifying, proposing and driving activities with stakeholders within and outside the Customer Care organization to further improve the quality and efficiency of the processes.

Qualifications
Upper secondary education
Previous experience of customer service
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Excellent communication skills in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English

Desirable
Language skills in any Nordic language in addition to Swedish
Previous experience in sales
Experience of CRM systems such as Salesforce
Driving license

Contract type and hours
Permanent employment as a part-time consultant of 50%. Assignment for 6 months with start 2022-09-01.
