Our customer is looking for a Customer Care Specialist.
Customer Care is a vibrant and passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. The goal is to engage consumers with our products, services, and offers, providing them with world-class care. Through our efforts, we are driving the company's rapid transformation and establishing strong, enduring relationships with our customers. As we continue to enhance our online presence, turning the website into a comprehensive online sales channel, Customer Care plays a crucial role in assisting consumers as they explore and make purchases.
The customer is currently seeking individuals to fill multiple positions as Customer Care Specialists. This recruitment drive comes as the customer shifts its business model from wholesale to direct sales and consumer support. These exciting roles will be located at the company's headquarters in Gothenburg. As a specialist, it is essential to possess excellent collaboration skills. You excel at working within a team and have the ability to effectively cooperate with other teams, colleagues, and departments within the company. By doing so, you contribute to finding the best solutions for consumers and ultimately enhance the customer experience.
In this role, coaching, testing, and a strong understanding of the company's products or services will form the foundation. As a specialist, it is important to have a thorough knowledge of the company policy, processes, and systems to deliver accurate and pertinent information to customers. Being an expert in your field will allow you to provide reliable assistance and address customer inquiries with confidence.
Job assignments:
- Responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience as a Customer Care Specialist
- Addressing the needs of current and future consumers throughout the shopping and ownership journey
- Acting as a brand ambassador to support the mission of improving society and bringing the brand promise to life
- Communicating with consumers primarily through phone, chat, and email
- Understanding consumer inquiries and providing viable solutions with a high service level
Requirements:
- 2-3 years relevant experience within first line support
- Builds trust through empathy and attentiveness towards customer issues and needs
- Experienced in handling customer complaints and criticism professionally, maintaining a positive mindset
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, able to communicate effectively in both languages orally and in writing
