Customer Care Team leader

As our Customer Care Team leader, you are a part of our Online Department and our journey towards building one of Europe’s strongest fashion brands. Today our official online store offers our products on 33 international markets, and our global head office handles all customer care cases.

In this role, you will ensure we communicate with our end-users in a professional Vagabond way, both in our CRM system and physically, at our Varberg head office front desk joint with our in-house concept store. You will run a team of 4-6 people, situated both at our head office and remote for some of our key international local markets. You will also participate in the ongoing project to extend our customer care to cover additional markets. Your team is a part of the 20 people-strong Online Department, and you report to our Online Manager.

You are in charge of the daily operations meaning case handling, where we meet every end-user of our products with responsiveness and vast product and order status knowledge. This includes managing our in-house store, the hub for product knowledge and the area where we greet all visitors.

For this role, being comfortable communicating in Swedish and English, both in writing and IRL, is a must (and other languages are an advantage). Firstly, you are open-minded, service-oriented and a great customer experience advocate. You also know and understand the digital tools needed for accurate and efficient case handling.
