Thule Group is continuously growing and we are now looking for a Customer Claims Specialist to join our Customer Service team in Hillerstorp.

The position
As our new Customer Claims Specialist you will be responsible for handling all claims from Customers in the Nordic region. You will provide information and the most optimal solution, both from Thule and Customer perspective. You are expected to handle claims by phone and email within time limits. In your role you will collaborate with other departments, especially the Quality Team. You will also do all the administration connected to the customer claims process.

Your Profile
You have a Technical education, minimum on secondary level. In addition to this you have a couple of years’ technical experience, it is meritorious if you have experience as a claim handler.

To succeed in this role we believe you have an interest in technology and a good technical understanding. It is important that you are capable of performing work independently, and possesses the ability to analyze and define problems. We believe that you are curious, accurate and like to establish new contacts. Your communication skills are strong, both written and verbal. We expect you can balance between multiple tasks/priorities and still consistently meet deadlines. Providing excellent service and support in your daily work is something that drives you.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, knowledge in other Nordic language is desirable.
