Fortum Consumer Solutions deliver electricity and smart related services to 2.4 million customers across the Nordics. We are now looking for an experienced and driven customer communication specialist with Marketing Automation expertise to work with customer communication on the Swedish private customers market. We are looking for you who will have the responsibility to drive customer communication across multiple channels such as email, sms, app and postal letters. You will have a strong influence on how we work with customer communication and marketing automation and you will impact the communication our customers receive and hence the way they experience the value delivered by us.

What you must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience from Marketing Automation expertise, preferably Hubspot; create workflows and communication, schedule and follow up automated and ad-hoc communication, analyze data, optimize communication
- Experience from working actively with customer journeys, customer satisfaction, segmentation and targeting
- Copy writing and content creation skills for customer communication, including text, image, illustration and basic moving images.
- Fluent in Swedish and professional proficiency in English
- Basic IT and CRM competence to be able to collaborate with IT for system integrations
- A bachelor or higher degree in digital communication or other relevant areas
- Strong cooperation skills as well as personal drive and initiative, and a positive mindset
What you will do:
- Manage planning and operational work for the workflows and communication content in Hubspot.
- Create and optimize communication to different customer segments
- Identify new communication needs and opportunities
- Track and analyze performance, optimize communication based on insights
- Collaborate with other stakeholders in the organization such as business manager, product manager and IT, as well as sales and customer service to align activities towards our customers across channels
- Collaborate with marketing and communication colleagues
