The Training Services Category in E&CA is now looking for a Customer Competence Development Specialist.
What you will do
As Customer Competence Development Specialist, you will:
Support Service Key Account Managers (SKAM’s) in understanding customer needs and provide customized customer competence development programs, create quotations, and drive pro-active planning to fulfil those needs.
Promote news in the Training Services Catalogue to the SKAM’s and other relevant stakeholders.
Work with Installation Project Managers to plan and execute competence development activities in CE installation projects
Ensure that programs delivered meet the expected performance results of the customer.
Support SKAM and Cross Portfolio Driver to translate competence development into customer value and to create and follow up operational plans for Training Services category.
Capture training development needs, drive training development projects and support pilots.
Understand talent development trends in market and support future portfolio development
Strive for a competitive and profitable Training Services Portfolio offer that delivers customer value
Drive and support Business development activities for Training Services Category
Drive and support to transform the way of delivering training into Blended learning and enhance the digital offer.
Propose next step of competence development offering to customers after training delivery is completed
Ensure competence development program are designed and delivered in a cost- efficient way
Who you are
To be successful in this position you must be able to work professionally with Customers, Service Directors’, SKAM’s to create and implement competence development programs that match the customer staff needs.
Collaboration and building relations is important as you will be responsible for one or more market areas in the ECA Cluster.
Experience in Training Services or other roles with market area responsibilities.
Proven experience working with ambiguity since the position is designed that will be adjusted to meet the client’s needs and improve our training offerings
Excellent customer focus and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Operations management or Education & Training
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tetra Pak working preferably with Training Services, Operations Management, Product & Portfolio Management.
High level of computer literacy skills in word processing systems and PC applications incl Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Ability to travel up to 25% of working time
Ability to organize, prioritize and work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic changing environment
Your English skills are excellent, both spoken and written.
