Have you worked with Order to Cash related tasks and are used to providing high service for both internal and external customers in a global company? Then you could be the candidate we are looking for! Hiab is now looking for a Customer Contacts Officer.
In this role you will manage complex day-to-day operational work, related order to cash processes, such as orders confirmations, invoicing and customer service errands, and provide the best possible service to Hiab AB's internal and external customers.
This position is based in Kista, Sweden and you will report to the Team Leader, Hiab Order Handling.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Your daily work tasks will include maintaining and processing customer orders in SAP and OMS systems (internal sales companies and importers) as well as invoicing and credit note management in SAP system. You will also be the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to order to cash matters. This job includes complaint handling management and direct delivery order handling; maintaining purchase orders to suppliers, follow up delivery delays and handling of vendor and transport invoices in Basware system.
You will work closely with Order planners, Business managers. Divisions, Shipment departments and Finance Service to ensure great service to customers and other stakeholders.
Other responsibilities:
Actively participation in team meetings, sharing information with colleagues and collaboration on improvement measures and simplifying the daily operational processes
Participate actively in system development projects related to order to cases, as the role of SAP Key user
To work together with the team to achieve set KPIs.
What you’ll need to succeed
A completed high school education (education in economics is an advantage)
Five years’ experience of a job within service or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal skills, Swedish and English
MS Office Suite experience, especially Excel and SAP experience.
As a person you possess a high level of responsibility and accuracy and excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. You are a team player, well organised, result driven and solution oriented with a holistic perspective. You will definitely enjoy building relationships with colleagues as well as internal and external customers. Your passion is delivering excellent service and you are always looking for new things to learn.
