Customer Data Manager

Customer communication is a group within our customer engagement department. Our primary objective is to support information transparency and accessibility. We are a key stakeholder in providing actionable customer insights to business owners and development teams at Lynk & Co. As well as support our customer-facing staff with the ability to communicate efficiently and tailored to customers via various channels.

Customer Data Manager


You will drive improvements in our data landscape and secure a customer 360. The focus will be to ensure that our Customer Engagement organization has the data availability and quality to communicate accurately and inform our customers.

You can be based in our office in Gothenburg or Amsterdam.



What you'll do

- Make it simple to identify, cleanse and enrich customer data into a single profile

- Make it simple to find the contact points a customer has had with us (shopping cart, customer service, communities, car deliveries, club visits....)
- Make it easy to get insights into information related to a single profile as well as per market and take action on it (order history, case history, responses to communication initiatives…)
- Identify the key data points needed to build the relevant content for the agent desktop and customer 360
- Support in gaining and maintaining the data quality for the critical customer data points to support the agent desktop and customer 360
- Streamline data collection and analysis procedures to ensure fast access to metrics
- Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results
- Make recommendations for software, hardware, and data storage upgrades\
- Stakeholder management




What you bring

- Proven experience in supporting and implementing complex data management systems and maintaining high-standard data security practices
- Knowledge in Excel and data visualization and analytics tools, ex. Power BI
- The ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data and analytical skills


In addition, knowledge of relevant programming languages, database systems and big data tools is essential in succeeding in the role.
