Volvo Group Merchandise Services (VGMS) develops, sources, sells, and distributes merchandise products within the Volvo Group and to the Volvo Group network. Our Customer Support & Logistics team is responsible for customer support as well as inbound and outbound deliveries. The team is also responsible for different administrative tasks and for licensing administration. The team is small and there is a shared responsibility to achieve set goals. Job Description:
As a Customer & Delivery support specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound deliveries. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive work environment that values teamwork and diversity. You will also play a crucial role in various administrative tasks and licensing administration. Your ability to work with efficiency and precision, as well as your strong interpersonal skills, will contribute to the team's success in achieving our set goals.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries from both B2B and B2C customers regarding products, deliveries, pricing, and other relevant information.
Collaborate closely with our warehouse team to coordinate and communicate delivery details, ensuring accurate and timely updates to customers.
Efficiently handle claims and returns, following established procedures to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage invoicing processes and register manual orders, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain and update master data, including customer records, product information, and pricing data.
Provide support to customers regarding transport and customs issues, offering guidance and assistance to resolve challenges effectively.
Assist with various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team and the organization.
Contribute positively to the team dynamic, exhibiting high energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Education or relevant experience in sales and trade administration, with a preference for experience in an international company.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish, with additional language skills considered a merit. Language proficiency must be documented.
Strong administrative skills and a structured approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good understanding of IT systems, preferable experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM.
High energy levels and a positive attitude, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to adapt to varying levels of workflow, including significant seasonal peaks.
