Do you have experience from close customer contact and enjoy presenting and explaining solutions? Our Customer Demo Engineering team is looking for a new colleague!
CPoC stands for Customer Proof of Concept and includes development, preparation and execution of customer demos. The Product Development Unit Packet Core CPoC Program mission is to build world class demos that prove the overall value of Ericsson Packet Core solutions and drive the perception of Ericsson’s Packet Core capabilities. This is done in a simple and clear way, targeting decision makers in the customer organization and other key influencers.
As a Customer Demo Engineer, you will be part of an awesome team that is responsible for planning, preparing and performing demos in our own demo lab. Come join us as our new team member!
Key Tasks:
Your tasks will include all steps from a request to an executed, successful customer demo. This means that you will clarify the scope that will meet the customers’ expectations in collaboration with the customer units and customers.
You will develop demo use cases, prepare the demo lab and adapt customer presentations. Securing a high-quality customer experience through dry runs and execute a successful demo on site or remotely. Finally, you will collect customer feedback to find out what we can improve for next demo.
Key Qualifications:
Good understanding of our Packet Core products
Highly skilled product knowledge from a system and function test point of view for at least one of the Packet Core products: SGSN-MME, EPG, PCC and PCG (physical, virtualized, containerized).
In-depth understanding and experience of integration and verification (NIV, ST, FT) including test tools (Dallas and other) and management and automation.
Very good in communicating and explaining our products and solutions.
Finds customer interactions exciting and important. You WANT to show our Packet Core portfolio to potential customers.
In order to be successful in this role we believe you are proactive, and have a drive to tackle problems and growing your knowledge. In addition to this you are result oriented with a focus on making the customer happy.
We value flexibility and innovation, and we believe you can bring new insights on how to improve our current offering to customers. Connected to this, you are forward-thinking with good interpersonal skills. You are proficient in both written and spoken English.
