As Customer Development Advisor, you are part of the Sales Support team and are responsible for the accurate follow-up of the customer portfolio for your region (UK, Ireland and the Nordics).
You follow up on questions from potential customers that come in via the TVH website or via trade fairs and make them feel welcome. You guide these customers to their first purchase and follow up on their satisfaction. Once they have become customers, you transfer them to our country sales teams.
You contact prospects in your assigned region and enthuse them to become customers at TVH. You also manage and optimise the existing customer portfolio of the assigned region.
You systematically contact churned customers and leads and keep the information up to date in an efficient manner.
You follow up on sales actions and analyse the results. You will be supported in this by your colleagues but your own initiatives are highly appreciated.

Your profile:
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
You have a very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of at least one Scandinavian language is a must.
You think and act commercially and have a talent for making phone calls.
You take initiative, think along with us how you can further develop your regions and act proactively in this respect.
You are persistent and do not give up in the face of adversity.
You are a team player who can work independently.
You are administratively strong and are responsible for a good follow-up of the leads.
