Your mission:
As Customer Development Manager in the Train Control and Communication department you will have a key role in our interaction with customers and users. Identifying and classifying the customer requests and then propose solutions in either customer or Alstom domain. Key skills are communication and ability to describe the problem and need, as well as the solution.
Your responsibilities:
· Internal and external communication
· Root cause analysis
· Leading and driving work packages and tasks
· Ensuring that relevant skills are made available from needed disciplines
· Work closely with program managers and lead engineers to identify the actual needs
Your experience and qualifications:
· Understanding of TCMS solutions
· Issue management and root cause analytics
· Proven project manager and requirement management skills
· Communication skills and experience from a global environment
