Telavox is on a journey to become a UCaaS European Champion and the Customer Economy team at Telavox is the team with the main responsibility for ensuring a scalable billing solution. We are now shifting to a more European and Global billing focus.

The Customer Economy team is working with both daily operational economy support as well as continuous process improvements within the Finance area. As our new Customer Economy Specialist, you will have a project management focus driving the continuous system and process improvements taking place within the Customer Economy area, as well as having specific Subject Matter Expert responsibilities.



You will drive initiatives and topics across the organisation from a Finance & IT point of view to help us move to a more European and Global billing focus - both initiated by yourself but also as requested by our organisation to support the growth and development of our business.



Main responsibilities:

- Drive Continuous Process Improvements projects and initiatives in our Business Support Systems to find more efficient ways of working and increase the automation of our processes.
- Help us move from market focus to a cross-border billing solution.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert towards both your own team, as well as different stakeholders in the organization in all matters related to Customer Economy
- Conduct internal control in close collaboration with Accounting and Controlling teams ensuring correct processes and procedures are applied and followed both by internal and external parties (fraud prevention etc).


About you

To be successful and at the same have fun in this role we believe you need experience in project management preferably with a technical approach. You also have a strong passion for IT, economy and people and you probably studied Information Systems and/or Economy/Business Administration and have some experience working with business information systems with an economic focus in a multi country setting.

You have a structured and proactive approach with high attention to detail and accuracy. Experience of working within an international organization and/or in a telecom and/or subscription billing platforms are very meriting.
