As Customer Training Partner, you will be responsible to:
Map the strategy and execute the plan to design and deliver the Customer Education platform
Create the governance model and the process to deliver the new sales channel
Partner with the senior leadership in each country and understand the buying and engagement process and where education fits in
Constantly research the market to best identify the key training areas and gaps and create a training offering for the customers
Structure, coordinate and ensure that there is an on-going training agenda in which key opinion leaders are involved
Design and develop a training offering that separates us to the competition and positions Arjo as a thought leader in the field of Mobility
Develop and manage the KOL strategy for education
Support the new product and solution launch with the required education program both internally and externally
Design the communication and marketing strategy to accredit, position and market the Arjo customer education offering in close collaboration with the Medical Affairs, Marketing and Product management team
Working very closely with local SSUs leads to ensure we tackle the important areas and ensure implementation and follow up
Ensure an evaluation and follow-up process for the
education initiatives External representation:
Deliver and support the countries in engagement with customers through external training or interactions and events (customers trainings) Global network:
Liaise with our global and regional stakeholders to successfully complete the customer training plan initiatives
Work together with the Sales leadership and marketing community to present an integrated customer training plan to the organization
Own the customer education catalogue and the deployment strategy through our digital platforms
Secure regulatory for compliance the customer education offering as well as enable superior customer experience
The position can be located internationally and requires average up to 30-40% international travel on an annual basis. The travel time will be planned by you and agreed with all markets in advance.
The Ideal Candidate has:
At least 5 years from a strategic marketing role, ideally in pharma or MedTech
Minimum 3 years of training and facilitation experience in business or non-business
environment. MedTech is a plus.
Solid project management skills and proven record of structured and timely delivery of work
Excellent business acumen and understanding of what makes people and teams have high performance
Experience in partnering closely with top leaders in the organization drive programs and performance
Openness and interest in other culture
Strong work principles and ethics
English - excellent written and spoken
Further experience in the following areas are a plus but not required:
Training design and development
KOL and network management

The ability to cooperate with different stakeholders internally and externally is essential for this role. Due to this, you need to be a team player and a good communicator.
You have a structured and systemic thinking, which allows you to take the input and information provided by our stakeholders and structure it in a way that connects the training programs to the business strategy. You also have the ability to structure and create delivery plans, and follow up to ensure the expected results are achieved. To be successful in this role you are driven by results, curious and a self-starter.
