For our Engagement Centre in Maastricht, where we handle all customer queries, we are looking for new talents to support our Swedish team members. At Lynk & Co, it is all about thinking outside of the box and creating “wow” experiences for our members. Most importantly? A personal approach is key. No robots wanted.

Customer Engagement Advisor - Swedish Speaking
Your tasks
- Handle all incoming customer queries around our mobility concept, products, offers, etc.
- Sell our damn good car and cool gear
- Engage with customers on various social media platforms
- Support in the event registration for our Clubs
- Offer basic technical customer support
What you should have
- A service and sales mindset
- Good computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
- Live in/around Maastricht or willing to move to the area
Working for Lynk & Co
For this role, the starting gross monthly salary is 2,453 EUR.
