Who you are
Hej, I am Louise - Customer Engagement & Loyalty Manager at IKEA Retail Sweden. I am looking for you who likes to work with data analytics, statistical modelling and to monitor, follow up and recommend actions based on results.
We are looking for someone that has a genuine interest in - retail and data analytics, especially from large datasets. Knowledge of customer behavior in relation to loyalty programs and CRM as well as of performance marketing measures is an advantage as well as experience setting KPIs and following up on them.
You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.


Your responsibilities
In the role as Country Customer Engagement & Loyalty Analyst, you are responsible of providing customer analytics and insights. Together with the team we will define offerings to attract, retain and engage different customer segments, based on the findings. Aiming to increase overall customer lifetime value.
You will collaborate with our global CRM Hub on data/analytics and performance of all customer engagement activities and deriving local insights.
We see it as a strong advantage that you have previous experience working with SQL.
It is also an advantage that you know how to use Power BI or Google Data Studio to visualize data.
