Customer Engagement Systems and Tools Expert, Global Operations
It is not every day that someone launches a new mobility brand, but that’s not what’s unusual about Lynk & Co. We are re-defining the entire experience of buying, owning and using a car.

What you'll do

- Identify, lead, implement projects for expansion and development within our global customer service organization
- Coordinate, structure and prioritize technical requirement related to our system landscape
- Identify possible improvements in implemented processes in a structured and data-driven way
- Secure communication and information flows, ensure stakeholders are up-to-date with latest plan
- Ensure that changes are coordinated, implemented and communicated to relevant departments and stakeholders


What you should have

- A passion for customer-centric design
- Previous experience in customer service operations
- Ability to understand complex structures and communicate them in a simple way
- A structured and organized way of working
- A toolbox of knowledge and skills for process design, preferably with some applied experience in customer service
- Comfortable with verbal presentations and tools like Visio, Figma, Excel, Jira, PowerPoint
