The position
As customer experience associate you will be part of the team that guide our customer through their journey and treatment towards a new smile. It involves being involved and engaging with our customer in all stages from initial appointment booking, in-clinics consultation and scanning, followup discussions, treatment initiation and guiding the customer through the entire process.


We will provide the necessary training to master all steps in the process, including introduction to clear aligner treatments, scanning, clinic operations as well as managing the customers experience.


The position is full time and for the most part takes place in our office in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. Travel within Sweden can occur to support other locations.


Requirements
First and foremost, experience from service industries with direct customer interaction is required preferably hospitality industries and/or private clinics. Our priority no 1 is customer service and we love customers.


You are empathetic and easily able to connect with other people and provide a professional, calm and trustworthy service.


You are comfortable with technology and capable of working with Microsoft Office suite.


Our customers have a wide mix of age, nationality and background so mastering multiple languages is preferable. Swedish is a must.


Prior experience within Dentistry is not a requirement.
