ABOUT THE ROLE
As Customer Experience Manager – Entertainment, you will be a key player in defining the future of Entertainment in Tele2 Group. Entertainment is a central and highly prioritized area of the group and you will be driving our way to success within this area. We have never consumed as much video than we do today, and your role will center around enabling even more users getting easy access to VOD and Live content through any device.
Your main focus areas to include: Join & exit customer journey of our products as well as manage and support projects and other key areas to enhance NPS.
Entertainment products team are an energetic team that are responsible for our product management and business development for our Entertainment services, as well as driving the content engagement for all the entertainment products such as the TV-Hub and the Tele2 Play app.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
The role places great demands on being able to handle complexity and understand how technical development impact other parts of the organization. You need to understand how agile development work meets requirements from market, to understanding the customer experience and NPS metrics impact of different choices and orientations.
Requirements:
* Experience in agile product and/or business development and, preferably in a similar industry like TV/media/content
* Previous experience of leading Customer Experience product development, on digital platforms for consumer products
* Commercial and technical understanding with a strong ability and experience to use data to base your prioritizations on
* 3 years of relevant work experience as CX Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, E-commerce Manager, Product Analyst or similar
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both orally and in writing
