We are a fast-growing HR Tech and consulting company with Headquarters in Stockholm and an office in London. We are currently expanding across Europe and are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.

In the role as a CES you will independently be supporting our Swedish and International sales- and marketing team with the goal of providing a world class customer experience for our clients. You will be part of the customer experience team that are responsible for:

- On-going contract management (Sweden and International)
- User support issues (customer support)
- CRM administration
- Software training
- Contribute as a team member to the continuing development of the CE function


Your background is probably within Customer related work and you have at least 3+ years’ work experience. You are a person that thrives from adding value and you gain energy from working hard and contributing to a vibrant work environment. You have strong administrative skills and are a solid communicator that are fluent in English and Swedish.
