As the Customer Experience Specialist for our B2B sites and partner platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online journey for our customers and partners. Your mission will be to ensure that our digital interfaces are user-friendly, accessible, and a pleasure to navigate. You´ll be the driving force behind crafting a seamless and positive experience for every visitor.

You will join a dedicated team that includes the Customer Experience Manager, a Shop App Specialist, a UX Designer, a CRO Specialist, a Hybris Platform Deputy, and this new role – our Customer Experience Specialist. 

This role is as a consultant via Adecco that is set to start within immediate affect and will go on until further notice!

Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize our enhanced partnership program site and B2B site to improve the customer journey.
• Execute initiatives and enhancements to improve site performance.
• Act as a stakeholder liaison with the operative team and other relevant teams within Samsung.
• Ensure alignment with EPP and B2B initiatives across .com.
• Serve as the main point of contact for experience-related issues on the EPP and B2B sites.
• Utilize Adobe Experience Manager to make and request site changes.
• Customize site mapping as needed.

Requirements:

Skills:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Previous experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Experience with a data-driven approach to optimize user journeys.
• Knowledge of setting requirements to enhance user experience.
• Experience with backlog management and project management.
• Proficiency in one or more CMS platforms.

Soft Skills:

• Adaptability to quick changes and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Enjoyment of networking within the company.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Comfort and enjoyment in working with both technical and design aspects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to balance requests, dependencies, and priorities.

Plus:

• This role will focus on project leadership, ensuring the websites run smoothly and making updates as required with internal stakeholders.
• The role involves operational tasks as well as strategic oversight, including hands-on changes to the CMS.
• Collaboration with colleagues for larger changes, understanding the overall context rather than detailed background work (e.g., UX design).
• Clear communication and stakeholder management are essential.

We are looking for a junior to mid-level candidate who is curious, eager to challenge themselves, and ready to grow into the role.
