Let us describe the challenge we offer
Our Polestar family is growing, and we are now searching for an inspiring trainer who share our passion to change the world through developing our valuable employees. As our new colleague within our global Customer Experience Training team, you will be challenged to drive our learning experience. Here, you will ignite your passion through developing, transforming, and first of all deliver innovative operational training for our customer-facing personnel at Polestar.
This position is part of our Customer Experience Training Team, located at our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
What you’ll do
In this operational training role, you will set the tone of delivering learning experiences in various formats, such as virtual and practical trainings that can diversify from being online, hands-on, films, animations, and even mixing it up with test drives of our cars.
You will continuously operate to deliver and improve learning experiences and techniques with your creative and people skilled attitude. At Polestar, a lot can change at a rapid speed - We want our trainings to be both efficient and playful.

You are an energy-driven people person with a resourceful attitude to continuous improvement. A fast-changing environment ignites your creative mindset and charges your interest in sharing your knowledge as well as inspiring others at the same time.
To be in the center of attention, whether it being in front of a camera or a group of people, is in your natural habitat as a strong communicator. Your stellar interest in the EV industry, cars, and innovative technology motivates your strategic mindset. Also, you are a natural self-starter and team player, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills.
We at Polestar believe in the concept “hire for attitude and learn for skills”. But to be fair to you, it is good to understand that we have certain expectations on you:
- Minimum a couple of years of relevant experience from a role needing excellent service and great communications skills
- Have a genuine interest or previous experience from the automotive sector
- A university bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field
At Polestar, you will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as a natural language for written and spoken communication. Since Polestar is in a scale up phase you thrive by working in a fast-paced environment.
