Customer Facing Product Data Specialist

We are now looking for a Customer Facing Product Data Specialist to our client, a successful international company within the consumer goods industry.

You will be a part of a project group consisting of two people. You will together make sure that all product information, through our client’s processes, are correct and available for the client’s customers in the Nordics. It is therefore essential that you have a deep understanding for Master Data, from both the company’s and the customer’s perspective. You will work closely to the Marketing department in launching processes and secure that all article information is correct and available at the launch. You will also ensure that the information is correct based on the land specific GS1 standards and requirements for each market. Documentation and KPI follow ups are also included in the role, as well as continuously working with optimizing the company’ processes regarding access of product data.

You have previous experience from working with either Master Data, Quality Assurance, Project Management or other relevant experience. Experience in SAP and/or Prevas is desirable. It is also valuable if you have experience in using data pools such as One Sync or Validoo. Fluency in English is required. To succeed in this role you should be very accurate and hold high standards of quality. You are structured and have excellent project leader abilities, are used to working towards deadlines and have strong communication skills. 

This is a 6 month assignment.
