David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Tech Consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Customer Facing Vertical SME for their Sweden office.

Position: Customer Facing Vertical SME

Location: Remote, Sweden

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help inform the strategy and execution of projects/initiatives that identify, design, & deliver optimal experiences at meaningful touch points throughout the customer journey to enhance relationships

Leverage customer feedback/information and collaborate with subject matter experts and agile teams to drive experience and process transformation

Provide industry trends relevant to customer-facing technology and provide expertise as well as guidance to management on best practices

Work with internal technology, digital, and operations teams to position and promote customer-focused innovation at all touch points.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical sector
Agile learning and working practices
Already based in Sweden
Fluent in English and local language.
