Customer Fulfilment Business Partner

Roche Diagnostics in Sweden is looking for a Customer Fulfilment Business Partner who ensures optimized customer experience and has a keen interest in driving automation in logistics related process. The role is part of the Finance and Organizational Foundation department and reports to the Director of Finance and Foundation.
Your responsibilities
Responsible to develop the area of logistics for Roche Diagnostics Scandinavia AB, including key user responsibility for Sales & Distribution (SD)
Act as business partner to commercial functions to ensure optimised customer experience. Understand business opportunities and challenges with relation to optimizing customer experience. Actively maintain a superior relationship to customers and optimize customer satisfaction
Order Management, which includes order handling in SAP, receiving orders and placing orders in SAP
Key user for the SD module in SAP, responsible for local initiatives for changes within SD module and responsible for local implementation of central initiatives.
Manage the S&OP light according to our local set-up including forecasting and bottleneck management. Secure appropriate reports to central functions according to the S&OP routine
Keen interest in driving automation in logistics related process. Seek, recognize and implement initiatives to improve processes and systems affecting the Order team, especially in areas of order automation and business process automation to increase efficiency and simplification in operations
Digitizing business process Logistics/SD: e-invoicing, DiaLog
Create customers and change of customers in SAP, monitoring of deliveries. Handling of returns and logistic claims and Batch reservations. Work closely with Sales department to be updated of changes for customers. Manage deviations in orders or deviations in deliveries/transports
Interface systematically/regularly with the relevant CRM’s and Business Leads regarding product related support, and marketing/sales issues – being proactive to solve issues
Responsibilities in actively representing Sweden in regional logistics meetings, key user knowledge
Customer master data maintenance
Actively represent Sweden in the Change Management Team Responsible for the order and logistics processes in BMS (Quality Management System)

As Customer Fulfilment Business Partner you have below expertise
Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain and logistic functions or related experience
Experience/understanding in logistics automation (order automation and business process automation) and a track record of implementing efficiency and automation related projects in the logistics space
Excellent knowledge of logistics process
Keen understanding of SAP (especially SD module)
Attention to detail, ability to analyse data and understand connections
Experience in change management and process improvement, implementation of IT tools and solutions

Proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in Swedish is a strong advantage
