Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is a fundamental part in making IKEA multichannel retailing in reality. Do you want to take accountability and overall responsibility for evolving the fulfilment platform and secure a high-performing Store Fulfilment organization in Stockholm? Would you like to lead. steer, plan, support, coach and follow up the development of the whole store fulfilment organization within the market with a customer- centric and collaborative approach in focus?
We are now looking for a Customer Fulfilment (CFF) Manager to join us in City Market Stockholm.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a committed person who is passionate about leading business through people and having a strong belief in the individuals potential. You enjoy applying strategic, tactical and operational approach for analyzing business opportunities from customer/market perspective and inspired by challenging situations.
You have the eagerness and desire to understand the complexity of IKEA business, the customer and co-worker needs and influence the improvement of the business with a focus on customer and co-worker satisfaction, financial business performance and compliance. To be able to deliver you are customer oriented where you see the customer first and consider the impact on the customer when taking decisions, always inspired by the IKEA vison, values and culture.
You can identify needs and drive change within the organization in market level acting in multi-cultural, interdependent and matrix environments. For this you need to have a collaborative mind-set, excellent in building relationships within and outside the organization and having high levels of influence and personal impact by using good communication and negotiation skills.
You will have a strong focus on achieving and exceeding goals and challenging business for constant improvement and higher efficiency with the ability to act within the global framework in order to achieve local/market/organization goals.
Most likely you have a university degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management where you have been working 4-6 years in a management position.
In this role you will report to the Stockholm Market Area Manager, Graeme Smith.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
You will be accountable for high performing daily operations and an efficient distribution network connected to all fulfilment operations in Stockholm IKEA stores including standard operating procedures, planning, execution and follow up. You will be responsible for day to day continuous improvement of operations and optimization of the goods-flow process, with a focus on quality and customer-centric, collaborative mind-set in all touchpoints for the lowest possible cost. With this you will be:
· Accountable for excellence in operations and quality under the scope of Store Fulfilment to exceed customer expectations, provide a seamless shopping experience and a great quality in meeting with the customer.
· Accountable to lead, coach and develop the City Store Fulfilment organization and the store function to secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people and talent are continuously developed including long-term competence building, succession planning and diversity and inclusion.
· Accountable for securing seamless cooperation of Store Fulfilment with a customer-centric, collaborative, end-to-end and process-oriented mind-set within the city market, towards the matrix in service office and other relevant stakeholders.
· Accountable for securing efficiency and implementing improvements in all stores.
· Accountable for cost monitoring and improvements of the Store Fulfilment based on contribution to the establishment of the cost goal.
· Accountable for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation and contribution to development and innovation
· Accountable for the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda for Store Fulfilment operations in all stores on the Stockholm market.
· Accountable for ensuring short- and mid-term capacities and resources in the Store Fulfilment network to provide seamless shopping experience with great quality for the many people.
