IKEA Retail Experience has the assignment to secure a successful, consistent, and relevant IKEA experience across all customer meeting points that are developed together with Core Business Range & Supply and all IKEA franchisees in order to create a common and unique IKEA way to engage our customers and offer them relevant services. We now have an exciting opening in our “Market Hall Picking Solutions”-project. If you are a Customer Fulfilment Specialist with experience from global retailing looking for an exciting project to take on for the next 13 months, this temporary position could be a perfect opportunity for you!
In the project “Market Hall Picking Solutions” we will explore innovative ways of improving the picking process in our market halls and as our Customer Fulfilment Specialist you will be a key contributor in this project. In this project you will:
Act as a content expert for IKEA Customer Fulfilment operations collaborating with different IKEA markets, gathering data and making an analysis of the situations in the customer meeting points.
Identify and collect relevant trends, insights and learnings for the project.
Ideate new solutions that enable Market hall’s fulfillment process to be efficient.
