As a Customer Growth Marketer
What do you get if you inject the soul of us Noders into an office space? Our new, colorful HQ in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg is a pretty awesome example of this. Here, you will be the bridge between marketing and onboarding teams: manage relationships and focus on the customer experience, retention and growth. With your understanding of the CRM, in our case Microsoft Dynamics, you will explore and implement more opportunities to work smarter and data driven towards our customer retention goals. You will work to support different teams internally with the tools and metrics they need to deliver an excellent customer experience whilst closely watching your own KPIs.

Your energy attracts people to stick around, while your multi-tasking skills rhymes with your appetite for getting things done. Exciting, manifold assignments make you thrive. You’re fearless of breaking stereotypes and crossing boundaries in the spirit of coloring outside the lines. You probably love Intercom as a tool since you have experienced the unlocked potential and impact it brings on customer retention and growth.
Our wishes:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent field experience
Great at storytelling, both when writing and presenting
You’re a technical master in tools such as Intercom, Dynamics, Wordpress, Mailchimp and other tools you might want to bring in
You wear an Adobe Suite (with a sleek Power-Point shirt) to work every day
English fluency - a must in this role
