Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst who is experienced in backend programming languages and is interested to be part of a multi-platform agile solutions environment.

What you'll do:
● Responsible for designing the bank's future corporate target groups and for gathering insights around them.
● Execute all technical aspects of quantitative research initiatives related to the content, including questionnaire development, survey programming, analytical planning, and data analysis using SPSS or other comparable tools.
● Work closely with other Consumer Insights team members to develop internal qualitative and quantitative best practices.
● Analyze a broad array of data points from internal and external sources related to Company IP, Product, and Library Assets.
● Support product lifecycle research programs to ensure product and planned marketing campaigns will resonate with relevant target audiences.
Who you are:
● Have experience creating custom coding schemes for open-ended survey questions.
● Ability to take initiative on assignments and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Experience with other programming, data mining, or visualization programs such as R, Tableau, SPSS, HTML, Python, text analytics packages a plus.
● Expertise in a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and techniques.
● Ability to work across, understand, and represent a wide variety of consumers from core to casual players.
