Responsibilities
The position is located at BMW's Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. Your main task is to deliver significant and action-oriented analyses and recommendations to colleagues, authorized dealers and stakeholders. Also to help drive decision-making with insights from customer data analysis.

Responsibilities include


Support customer data analysis to develop statistical work and to measure the customer experience.
Deliver customer insights and recommendations for strategic decision making.
Take part in the work of setting up, maintaining and educating in our system architecture.
Collaborate with external partners and developers for setting requirements/definitions to implement new segmentations in the customer database.
Cooperate with other teams for data-driven strategies in cross functional teams, and be the owner and expert on customer data.
Understanding of typical CRM system landscape including database, analytical tools and marketing automation. 
Participate in internal meetings, events and workshops.
Design and implementation of new dashboards for business users.
Develop a data-driven business and culture.


Qualifications
University/Bachelor degree is an advantage
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in analytics
Knowledge of NPS and Voice of the Customer
Fluent in Swedish and English

Preferably experienced in working with customer insights, tactical segmentations, profitability analysis and life cycle analysis. If you are used to working with large datasets it's an advantage. 

To succeed in this role you have great analytical and communication skills, also able to break down and explain complex topics. As a person you are patient and humble. To switch between operational tasks to more strategic ones is no problem for you. You are a social person who likes to have many contact surfaces both internally and externally. You are organized, have a good ability to prioritize and take responsibility over your projects.
