The position
Cambio is looking for a Customer Insight Specialist to join our Customer Services team in Stockholm.
This is a new role in Customer Services, and we are looking for someone with strong analytical and collaboration skills that can help implementing Cambios Voice of the customer (VoC) program. In this position you will help contributing to the establishment of the VoC program and related surveys, create strong sampling and weighing schemes, create dashboards, support analysis and present recommendations to key stakeholders across Cambio. You understand how to identify better support via insight and analytics to influence a faster and fact-based decision-making process.

About you
Maybe you are in the beginning of your career but you can effectively build relationships with internal stakeholders through positive interactions and problem identification and resolution. You have strong multi-tasking abilities and abilities to coordinate with numerous stakeholders to drive efforts forward. You have strong analytical skills and can present analyses in a clear manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence or other related fields
- Experience within Voice of the Customer programs, Customer Experience mgt., Research & design mgt., managing programs within modern platform tools
- Experience working with tools in the VOC and CX space (survey, reporting, analysing)
It’s a bonus if you have
- Vendor management experience
- Skills in data visualization using modern tools
- Prior experience managing complex projects and implementation efforts
- Demonstrates ability to leverage multiple tools and methods to effectively communicate important information across multiple audiences
- Expertise in improving user experience on modern measurement tools
Place of employment: Stockholm

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
