We are now looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to join H&M HOME.
Job Description
As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will identify business potentials and risks, how we can create value for our customers and what actions we need to take to reach our cross functional goals. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Enabling data driven decisions by identifying need for insights within different teams, such as marketing, sales and assortment.
Quantitative analysis across the full customer journey - in digital touch points and in stores – using vast amounts of data on customer behavior, products, transactions, traffic and more.
Analysis of brand performance and customer experience using for example Brand tracker and Customer NPS data, including open text.
Presenting findings, conclusions and suggested actions based on your analysis to colleagues across functions.
Participating in developing the analytical capabilities of the function by constructing easy to use tools and dashboards and educating your colleagues on how to use them.
You will network and collaborate a lot with other analytics teams and represent H&M Home in those.

Qualifications
We are looking for a true team player with a genuine passion for growing businesses and creating results. You are a curious analyst with a background in a similar role used to developing and setting new ways of working. You love analyzing, whether it is advanced or more basic descriptive analysis, and contributing with your insights to make our business grow. You are business minded, have an entrepreneurial spirit with drive and good interpersonal and communication skills.
In addition to matching the personal profile we also believe you have the following
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with analytics, ideally within retail.
Relevant university degree within business, statistics or engineering.
Strong analytical skills combined with business sense. You are triggered to dig into big data sets, find what is relevant and convert your insights into actionable conclusions for the rest of our organization.
Experience in extracting data using SQL and analyzing data in at least one of R/Python/Excel/SAS
Skilled in data visualization, experience with Tableau or PowerBI is an advantage
Experience in Google Analytics is a plus
Business mindset and passionate about making a difference in a highly changing environment.
Fluent in English
