Customer Insights Manager
This role is part of the CX & Insights team within Communications who strategically translates the brand into emotional interactions in all touchpoints and journeys, aiming to provide a seamless and unified experience.
What you'll do
- Manage strategy and guidelines for analytics and reporting of consumer and customer experience insights across the end-to-end journey
- Drive the generation of actionable and easily understood insights together with relevant stakeholders across the organization
- Ensure organization has the latest insights and customer pain points, guide stakeholders in recommendation, prioritization and decision-making
- Identify cross-functional ways for the company to become insights-driven in terms of processes and tools
- Define and operationalize CX reporting to visualize the voice of the customer and ensure it is broadcasted across the organization
- Work towards offering foresight rather than just insight, by proactively identifying consumer and market trends
What you should have
- Experience working with consumer analytics, journey analytics and CX insights
- Qualitative and quantitative reporting and data-storytelling skills across different functions (higher and lower management)
- The ability to proactively identify the needs of the company and handle ambiguity, while also securing that the goals for the team are met
- A genuine passion for customer experience and consumer behaviour
- A capacity for consumer journey design and service design is a plus
