This is what you'll do
The ambition is to be a customer centric organization and you will play an important role in ensuring that our offers are built from customer needs or pain points.
As the Customer Insights Manager, you will be driving Insights into organization and more importantly Global offer teams. You will play a key role in providing insights of customer needs, pain points and market trends to ensure offers will incorporate solutions to increase customer lifetime value. You will be responsible for consolidating current insights already existing in the business along with leading ad-hoc research projects.
This role will report to the Head of Offer insights and analytics.
Who are you?
You are driven, bold with integrity and curiosity as well as take accountability for the success of your team. You enjoy taking on and delegating complex tasks and you are fast to identify what to prioritize to reach results. You can make a team work highly independently, in a matrix organization and you are proficient in translating data and consumer insights into ideas and proposals. With ease you can communicate clearly and have experience of working towards and presenting to senior management teams.
Qualifications:
* More than 3 years of documented, hands on experience, working with consumer research, data analytics and implementation of insights into projects
* Hands on experience form running multiple research projects
* Experience with identifying customer insights and translating into action
* Experience in driving cross functional, international and complex projects is a merit
* Proficiency in building business cases and decision material is a merit
* Fluency in English, oral and written is key.
