Jag heter Magnus Almroth och jobbar som ledare för våra engagerade IT-tekniker.
Just nu söker jag en engagerad IT-tekniker som vill arbeta med felsökning av datorer, nätverk och kringutrustning, både online och onsite i Solna.

As an IT technician on my team, you will work in a diverse role where you will have the opportunity to use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to support our clients. We look forward to providing you with the opportunities and challenges needed for you to progress in your career and become a valuable part of our team.


Your tasks will include everything from troubleshooting networks/wifi and installation of hardware and software to providing customer support and supporting our customers to move forward in their digitalization journey. You will work with a variety of customers, both online remotely and on-site, challenging them with new solutions so that they can get the most out of the technology.


Is this you?
We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, structured and trustworthy, and who has good teaching skills. You have a distinct social ability and the ability to see solutions where others see problems, which means that you will quickly be appreciated in your role. Your focus on customer satisfaction, your passion for IT and technology, and your positive attitude towards the assignment will motivate you to achieve common goals together with your colleagues.


Your Personality:
Interested in IT and digitalization in general
Engaging and taking initiative
Seeking to understand the customer's business
Good communication skills, and you can easily build trust with those you meet



Your experience:
Good knowledge of networking, wifi, technical troubleshooting
Class B driving licence
Fluent in Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you have previously worked in support or knowledge of Microsoft 365
