We are looking for an engaged and driven person to join our Process Automation team within the Product Department in Consumer. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you’ll do
In the role as Customer Journey Manager at Telenor you will have the responsibility to ensure that our Customer Journey are in line with our business strategy. You will work both strategically and operationally and work towards our defined targets with the goal to have the best possible customer experience. You will collect insights from out channels to understand our pain points and identify areas of improvement. Furthermore, you will define and implement road maps within customer journey and work towards our long-term vision to offer our customers the best possible experience.
* You will together with the team map current customer journeys across all channels
* Your day-to-day work includes tasks such as optimizing, testing, and validating existing customer journeys against the vision
Who are you
To succeed in the role as Customer Journey Manager, we believe that you have a big passion for customers and customer experience. You are creative and strive to always improve our way of work and how we can do thing in a more efficient ways to deliver results. We think that you have previous experience from working with customer experience/journeys and product- and process development. Your passion for this area, engages others and you are a great storyteller, and you are able to influence people around you.

* Team-player who believes in collaboration and works methodically accordingly to a set framework
* Flexible, innovative, and pragmatic approach to find new ways to solve complex problems
