This is a unique opportunity for you to join us at ZEEKR as Customer Journey Manager and become a part of a hands-on, dynamic and innovative culture. Our team will have full responsibility to establish the “Commercial Operations” in Europe for an inspiring brand and exclusive electric vehicles. As well as design the new era of sales and distribution, disrupting the traditional car industry. We are looking to implement game-changing customer solutions, driven by technology.

You will be a part of an open-minded and supportive team, where we together create and develop for success! We are striving to have a flat and flexible organization, where everyone can, and will, make an impact. We will live customer obsession!

This is what you will do most of the time:

- Define and establish the Network strategy (online/offline)

- Define and establish the entire customer journey (on- and offline) from the commercial perspective.

- Setting up all Sales-to-order Standards for
- Customer treatment by salesmen incl. digital/virtual concepts

- Sales conversions from sales-qualified leads within the sales funnel

- Retail Standards for ZEEKR Experience centers

- Test drive

- Car delivery

- Training requirements and strategy for outsourced training provider.

You have probably done something like this:

- You have proven experience in working closely with the customer journey and CRM processes with loyalty and conquest programs.
- We see that you have a background in some type of luxury business, e.g. 5*-Hotels, Hospitality, Fashion, Automotive. In this industry, you have well-documented experience working in customer journey positions.

- We also believe that you have an MSc degree in some business-related subject.

- You have skills in Customer Eco-System, Retail/Dealer integration and Digital/Future retail formats.

- Other relevant experience can be data analytics, big data and digital business models.

- Experience in the automotive industry is not a must but can be beneficial.
