Role description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Customer logistics Coordinator to secure world class service to and collaboration with customers.

In this role, you will be the logistics bridge to customers, you will make sure to overachieve customer expectations in terms of service, administration and communication.

You will support the organization with administrative help and coordination. You will also improve internal processes where needed.

What does the role contain?

• Administrating and maintaining operational customer relationships
• Building customer relationships
• Administering customer orders and the order-to-cash process
• Communicating customer requirements to the organization
• Building and improving processes related to area of responsibility
• Ensuring logistics optimization related to customer distribution
• Acting as ERP Key user for the Order to cash module
• Ensuring relevant reporting in area of responsibility
• Providing administrative support to organization (mainly Supply chain & Finance)

Who are we looking for?

The role requires someone who is self-motivated and with the desire to support and safeguard people and business. A true team-player mentality is necessary for success in this role. We believe that you have worked a few years with customer service and/or finance administration. You are fluent in Swedish and have excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. A degree in logistics, economics or business administration is a plus but not a must.
