Do you have experience within the field of customer care, enjoy working in a fast pace organization and is driven by improvement? If you answered yes on these questions, you might be exactly who we are looking for! We are expanding our office with a Customer Management Coordinator to take on the responsibility to support our countries with a high level of customer satisfaction together with continuous prioritization work.

In your daily work you will handle questions regarding supply chain and act as the primary contact point for your specific customers. Together with the team you will review and design processes and have an end-to-end responsibility for your customers. You will develop and measure key performance indicators and be responsible for preparing reports and data related to the customer service function.

There will be a lot of opportunities to influence the work being done as we are continuously working to optimize our processes. You will work closely with your local team as well as collaborating with our supply chain and international colleagues. Maintaining a high level of satisfaction within the team and promote the development of the team is also a natural part of your job. You will have a lot of international contacts in your role and we expect you to be driven by this. There will be some travelling to the countries you are responsible for; hence we believe that you find this motivating and are able to travel.

What you bring

We are looking for you who have extensive experience from customer care and has the ability to adapt to new responsibilities as the role develops. You have a University Degree in Service Management, Supply Chain or similar experience. We value your analytical mindset together with your drive and decisiveness. We expect you to be fluent in English and Swedish as you will have a lot of contact with both national and international stakeholders. We see it as a big advantage if you have experience from working with improvement projects and providing trainings within your area of expertise. In addition to this, we appreciate your flexible mindset and openness for continuous learning together with confidence working in different data systems.
