Verisure is seeking a talented, hands-on and passionate Customer Management Coordinator to join our Customer Management team. Reporting the North Customer Management Manager, this rolw will contribute to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, maintain correct inventories in the country, improve established processes and accompany our internal customers in their continuous growth. This is a full-time position that will be based in Malmo.

The post holder will be expected to work autonomously, impact quickly and develop as the business grows. It is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in the leading provider of professionally monitored alarms for residential households and small businesses in Europe.

The Customer Management Coordinator will be deeply involved with their assigned countries/regions. They will in their daily operations, field and local logistic team communication and continuous Improvement and will actively assist the team with the new ERP that is in place.  

Responsibilities will include:
* Propose improvement actions, develop and implement them, in coordination with those responsible for logistics within the country.
* Manage the necessary material so that the installations and maintenance can be carried out in the country it supports, ensuring the level of service.
* Control the products in stock and giving support to the Logistics Manager of the country.
* Manage demand and supply aligning them with the country's own budget processes.
* Control that the inventory in the field and in the warehouse of the different assigned countries is at optimal levels, avoiding stock breaks.
* Realization of different periodic reports with indicators on the progress of the operation and share them with the Head of Logistics of the country to detect improvements in it.
* Act as internal and external support in the implementation of the new ERP and other projects.
* Manage Monthly forecast and performance meetings and KPIs.

Candidate profile

Experience and Qualifications

We see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals. As a result, we are looking for a self-starter and high potential / top performer individual with a proactive business mindset focused on driving value to the business.
* Very high level of English (spoken, written and read). Swedish would be advantegous but not necessary.
* For this role advance knowledge of MS Excel is needed. Proficiency with power queries, pivot tables, H&V look up, Iferror, Sumifs, date and conditional formatting. Please note this might be tested during the recruitment process.
* Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or in the Supply Chain area.
* International business culture experience.
* Nice to have is Power  Business Intelligence knowledge (PBI) and project management.
* Motivation to learn, focused on continuous improvement and ease of teamwork.
