Job Description & Responsibilities
The Customer Management Coordinator is an important part in ensuring that the daily operations linked to inventory, logistics, and ERP-administration flows efficiently. You will have your personally assigned countries and regions that you are ultimately responsible for.

Among other things, the above areas of responsibility will result in the following daily tasks:

- Ensuring that your region has sufficient materials and products to carry out all planned installations and necessary maintenance.
- Overviewing the inventory to ensure smooth operations and to avoid stock breaks.


- Propose and implement potential improvements that you identify in your daily work.
- Report statuses, forecasts and progess indicators to the Logistics Leads in the respective countries of your assigned region.
- Act as support to the stakeholders around you in the implementation of new projects.


Qualifications
To successfully take on this role, it is necessary for you to have unhindered English skills in both writing and speech.

We are also screening for profiles with at least two to three years of experience working in supply chain or business analytics. To have a solid foundation to stand on, we would also like for you to have a post-secondary degree in a relevant field, e.g. supply chain or business administration.

In addition, you will also need advanced skills in Excel due to the nature of the role. This includes experience working with power queries, pivot tables, H&V look-up, Iferror, Sumifs, as well as date and conditional formatting.

You get bonus points if you have knowledge in Power Business Intelligence (PBI) and/or have worked in an international business setting before.
