Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and the south of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation, and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work. 
Service Nordics is responsible for the service and maintenance of wind turbines in the region. To accommodate our growth, we are looking to hire a new Customer Manager to the team in Malmö. Responsibilities
You are responsible to drive the business and its growth by delivering first-class customer service, sales and exceed customer expectations. The role holder acts on behalf of the customer internally within Vestas to ensure that we deliver on the customers’ Business Case. You will be responsible for delivering complex after sales projects.
Furthermore, your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the revenue for own customer portfolio
Responsible to secure that as many contracts as possible are renewed with Vestas
Drive and seek new business opportunities, and drive projects needed for profitable development and to ensure the fulfillment of our customers’ needs and expectations
Responsible for the aftersales budget for own customer portfolio
As main Vestas contact for your customers, create, build and retain excellent customer relationship, and internal cooperation, leading to high customer satisfaction as well as a solid financial success for both the customer and Vestas
Overall responsible of creating and securing administrative routines with new and/or existing customers  
Actively participate in the handovers of new wind parks from sales and construction
Secure that Vestas deliver according to supply and service agreements  

 
Qualifications
Several years of B2B sales experience, preferably within a technical field, or a Bachelor’s degree within a related field together with some initial related work experience
Proven skills in delivering on budget and delivering good customer experience in a cost-efficient way
Experience of working project-based and being involved in the execution process
Experience of CRM systems and following processes
Basic contractual knowledge is important as contracts form the baseline in discussion with customers 
Fluent in English and Swedish both written and orally 
Computer literate and good skills in Microsoft Office, SAP and various complex IT tools/systems
Driving license since some traveling is necessary

You have a commercial mindset with the ability to understand our business and what creates value for our key account customers and Vestas 
Ability to create and maintain relationships with both external customers and internal Vestas departments at different levels
Ability to get involved in complex technical and contractual issues 
Financial and legal understanding
Ability to drive projects both independently and in a team
Good communications and negotiation skills
Self-driven and self-motivated
