Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering the Nordic countries, UK, Ireland, Poland and the Baltics. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern Europe the best place to work.
The Service department is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our success. Responsibilities
As a Customer Manager, you will be part of our Customer Care team responsible to drive the business and its growth by delivering first class customer service, sales and exceed customer’s expectation. The role holder acts on behalf of the customer internally within Vestas to ensure that we deliver on the customers’ business case. You will be responsible for delivering complex after sales projects.
Furthermore, your responsibilities will include:
- Calculate and follow up on cost and profitability of our service contracts
- Caretake portfolio of customers and ensure continuous good relationships with our customers
- Ensure that Vestas is delivering as agreed in the service contract by handling customer communication and internal communication to our planning department, technicians and other internal stakeholders
- Handle daily customer requests over email, phone or in customer meetings
- Drive customer enquiries towards to the internal support organization
- Negotiate service contracts and sales of additional service
Qualifications
- Background from a similar account management position handling large complex contracts with international customers
- Experience from project management and from driving cases internally with various stakeholders
- Experience from complex organizations in a similar industry
- Degree within a commercial or technical trade
- Experienced user of ERP system Ei SAP
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish

- Act with a customer service mindedness and possess a "Yes Can" attitude
- Good at building personal relations
- Interest in creating structure where needed and contribute in implementing new processes to facilitate our current growth and enable a smooth journey
- Good team player and easy to work with
- Stable under pressure with the ability to handle a broad role with a variety of tasks

Additional information
You will be based in our office in Malmö, with occasional travel.
