Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering the Nordic countries, UK, Ireland, Poland and the Baltics. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern Europe the best place to work.
The Service department is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our success. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees. This position is located in Malmö, Sweden.

Responsibilities
Ensure consistent and high customer experience. Caretake customer portfolios and ensure continuous good relationships with our customers
Coordinate and ensure that Vestas is delivering as agreed in the service contract by handling external communication with customers as well as internal communication with relevant stakeholders
Service contractual responsibility on appointed customer wind farms
Follow up on cost and profitability from a contractual point of view
Work with strategical questions and values related to your overall responsibility together with colleagues and manager
Coordinate together with your committed customer service agent operational requests
Take care of customer contractual requests over email, phone or in customer meetings. Negotiate service contracts and sales of additional service



Qualifications
Experience from similar account management position
Experience from similar or other global industries
Experience from a commercial or legal position
Experience from management position or other leadership experience for example sales manager, project manager, etc.
Experience from global organizations and work with complex customer relations / contracts
Experienced user of ERP system, SAP, Salesforce and Office
Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish (other Nordic language is beneficial)

Professional team player with a positive mindset
Motivated in your work with efficient "Can-do" attitude
Natural for you to build your personal relations and networks both internal and externally
