Do you have experience working with B2B relations in complex business relations? Are you a person who structures your work and have an interest in the legal aspects of renewing contracts? Then this is the position for you! We are looking for our next colleague to our office in Malmö.

Vestas is the largest manufacturer of wind turbines in the world with the target of being a Global Leader in Sustainable Energy Solutions. Vestas NCE North-West is responsible for sales, construction, and servicing of wind projects in Scandinavia, UK and Ireland. Service Sales works with multiple functions in an international environment to deliver on Vestas "profitable growth" strategy. We are now seeking our new Customer Manager who will be based in Vestas' Swedish regional office in Malmö.
Responsibilities
The Customer Manager position will be responsible for contract extension and for existing customers mostly in Sweden
You will own the customer relationship and be responsible for improving Vestas' and the customer's overall business case. Including administrative work tasks necessary to transfer sales into Vestas system environment. You will work in a department with a flexible and open work environment and in close collaboration with colleagues across our regional team


Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent
First Sales experience of advantage and negotiation
Experience and interest of working with complex contracts
Experience in dealing with customers
Knowledge of the Wind Industry would be advantageous or experience in the power generation or similar business sectors
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
Swedish and English - fluent orally and written


Competencies
Ambitious, motivated with a good business understanding
Good with customers and can demonstrate sales skills
Structured and organized working practices - interest in working with Salesforce
Ability to manage multiple projects with different stakeholders
Good communication skills; verbally, written and presenting
Commercial management with sound cost and risk awareness
Willingness to travel 1-3 days per week when necessary

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Malmö, Sweden. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 60 days per year.
