SCA is currently searching for recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields to start in 2017. Selected candidates will participate in SCA’s two-year Graduate On-boarding Program within the organization.
We are currently offering a Customer Marketing Graduate Program in a B2C environment based in Gothenburg. Customer Marketing is a strategic function that aims to deliver mutually beneficial growth for SCA and our retail partners by understanding our shopper needs and delivering brand and category activation plans which are aligned to these. Customer Marketing incorporates three key areas: category management, shopper marketing and shopper insights.

Responsibilities
During the 24 month SCA GO! Program you will have the opportunity to build value creating brand activation plans based on consumer, shopper and customer insights. You will analyze market dynamics and business intelligence and turn in-sights into actionable plans that build our brands, our business, the categories and our customers’ business. You will be part of the Region North Customer Marketing team as well as running your own projects across countries and categories.

What are we looking for?
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage. Having obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent, achieved no later than 18 months ago will be a prerequisite. You need to be fluent in Swedish and English, and preferably another Scandinavian language. Finally, availability for traveling may be required for the SCA GO! Program.
