MultiMind is looking for a Customer Marketing Lead for a consultant assignment until the end of 2016. As Customer Marketing lead you are responsible of channel marketing and sales activation within the product category to drive sell-out.
This position is located in Norway.
The Job
The Customer Marketing Lead (CML) will be responsible for marketing business planning with key operators and customers: yearly, quarterly channel and monthly activation planning with customer and sales.
Responsible for understanding the business strategy for the given customers and operators as well as key consumer and shopper strategies. Together with sales set the channel strategy and secure best presence and mix of activations for given product groups and customers.
Ownerships of the company branded presence online and in-store in given operator/customer doors. Planning and executions of fixed installations, as well as secure share of voice for branded retail, as well as ROI.
The Customer Marketing Lead (CML) will be responsible for channel marketing and sales driven activations as well as for bringing concepts to the major sales channels. This includes responsibility for ensuring sell- through activations in the channels/stores where the company products are represented and sold.
The CML works closely with the respective Sales Managers and Key Account Managers and provide the sales departments with creative input from a marketing perspective, enabling sell-out maximization of the current range/product focus.
Co-hosted events are other areas where the CML will be responsible for planning and execution. An Example of this can be joint guerrilla marketing activities together with a major customer or other partner. The CML reports on the status of the campaigns and gives feedback for improvement to local sales departments as well as to Customer Marketing Head
Securing availability for sell-in material and concepts to the major sales channels in cooperation with Nordic Marketing and local sales teams to ensure early customer engagement and buy-in in order to maximize sales results and smooth roll-out of campaigns.
Your profile
University degree within marketing and communication.
3-5 years’ experience within Customer/Channel Marketing roles measured on sell-out growth
Meriting with experience from:
Customer channel integration & sales maximization (omni-channel perspective; in-store, DM, online, CRM)
Customer segmentation and core shopper profile understanding, what makes shop visitors convert to shoppers at this customer?
ROI understanding, investment recoup through incremental sales
KAM forecasting & sell-in understanding
Media and customer campaign planning experience
Excellent insights into local media landscape
Understanding of local consumer journey
Traffic generation / conversion driven marketing experience
Branded Retail development experience
