THE POSITION:
Avinode has a platform which enables users and clients to exchange services and among other things make payments. They aim to offer their clients great web and mobile experiences with a big customer centered focus. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, your focus is on Avinode members’ successful implementation, onboarding, and adoption of the Avinode Group products so that they can reach their operational goals while deriving their products’ maximum value. You will work closely with Avinode's clients, asking questions, making follow-ups and tracking usage to make sure the onboarding process is completed according to client requirements and service subscriptions.
A central part of your role will involve educating both new and existing clients on how existing and new product features work and how the platform can improve their business objectives. This will be done in close collaboration with colleagues from the marketing and product release departments. You will also spend a lot of time working with the sales teams in order to best understand client needs and how to approach each onboarding. In addition, you will also host public and private demos, webinars and training with new customers while also creating product guides, documentations and video tutorials in order to educate users.
Main responsibilities:
Support clients through the onboarding process and improve feature adoptionEducate clients on how new and existing product features work and can improve business objectivesCreate product guides, documentation, and tutorialsWork closely with colleagues in the same role along with Tech Support and Marketing Answer questions by Intercom, e-mail and phone along with troubleshooting problemsMonitor client usage in order to advise on more effective product usageGather feedback and relay it to internal teams for product enhancements
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelors degree in relevant fieldA couple of years of relevant experience in roles involving customer service, sales or onboardingExcellent communication, writing and presentation skillsTech-savvy - quick to develop a deep understanding of new softwareFluent in English
Meritorious experience:
Prior experience from a SaaS-companyPrior Customer Success-experience Experience from the aviation industryKnowledge in French, Spanish or Russian
