At Transfer Galaxy we have developed a digital platform for cross-border remittances. With the help of technology, we make remittances cheaper, safer and smarter while helping some of the world's poorest to save on expensive fees when sending money to support their loved ones. We are backed by some of the most prominent investors in the Nordics.
As Transfer Galaxy is gaining traction in the Turkish market, we are now in the process of expanding our onboarding specialist team.
We are looking for a driven customer Onboarding Specialist to be a part of our small and growing team in Örebro.
The role:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for customer acquisition and retention in the Turkish community in Europe. Together with the Turkish Community Manager, you will be one of the faces of the company, working with enhancing the customer experience as well as building customer loyalty. The role entails:
- Following up and contacting customers by phone
- Onboarding customers and managing incoming customer service inquiries by phone, chat and email
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Be part of the development of the routines and policies in customer service
The ideal candidate:
- Flexible, motivated and ambitious
- A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
- Service-minded and passionate about creating customer satisfaction
- Fluency in Turkish verbally and in writing
- Good communication skills in Swedish and/or English
- Drive and willing to work in a fast-paced, growing organisation
At this moment we are only looking for a part-time employee who can work 50%. The employment is situated at Transfer Galaxy’s office in Örebro, Sweden. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
